Welcome to the **Constanta Boost** user guide — a platform for email account warmup and improving deliverability.

## What is Constanta Boost

Constanta Boost is an automatic email warmup service that helps:

* **Improve domain reputation** — gradual increase in sending volume
* **Better deliverability** — emails land in inbox, not spam
* **Monitor health** — real-time reputation metrics tracking
* **Automate the process** — system sends and processes emails automatically

## How Warmup Works

1. **Connect mailbox** — Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP/SMTP
2. **P2P exchange** — your mailbox exchanges emails with seed accounts
3. **Engagement** — seeds open emails, reply, mark as important
4. **Reputation growth** — email providers see activity and trust your domain
